I am back, in a manner of speaking, but we had a rather rough (and one day late) return. The rest of the trip was great, though; more on that later. I will keep you in suspense and hopefully empty the queue of new entries this weekend. (Some of them were NY Times articles which may have expired from the free content by then, unfortunately.)

In other news, during our trip Becky and I celebrated our four year anniversary. She got me an awesome aquarium and tropically decorated my bathroom. (It is the downstairs bathroom beside my office, hence “my bathroom.”) The tropical decorations really work with the weird seafoam green color which we’re planning to leave in the bathroom for the forseeable future. I have changed my morning routine to shower there, just so I can spend more time in my own personal tropical paradise. I’ll post some pictures this weekend.
