I can’t believe I didn’t discover this before. I found it while looking for backup for a proposal that I am writing. The Congressional Commission on the Advancement of Women and Minorities in Science, Engineering, and Technology Development released a final report in 2000. The very title of the report sums up my views on women and minorities in engineering: Land of Plenty: Diversity as America�s Competitive Edge in Science, Engineering and Technology.
