The Wall Street Journal yesterday reported that the International Red Cross submitted reports of this abuse about a year ago. This report went to Rice and Powell and nothing was done about it.
This makes Bush’s assertion that the first he heard of this mess was on the TV news dubious. Can you say “impeachment”! Dare to dream…
